All products are built to order. Please allow up to 30 days for fabrication and processing before your order ships. In many cases, orders may be completed sooner depending on workload and part complexity.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, item size, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship via standard and expedited carriers. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You may also reach out to us and we will assist where possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all items are custom-built, orders cannot be changed or canceled once fabrication has begun.
